I can’t fault them, they were on time, efficient, did what was expected and didn’t try and fabricate work. The most important thing to me was they were able to explain things in a way I understood to make an informed decision on what I needed to do. They didn’t just tell me ‘words’. They were clean, tidy and respectful of my property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again.

CRS serviced our previous boiler for almost a decade and recently installed our new boiler with Resideo thermostat and app so we can control the temperature of our house remotely. We were really happy with the installation and are loving the ease of using the new system.The CRS team are always super friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to any issues but also explain each step of the work they’re completing. Great value, quick turnaround and brilliant customer service.
