Ian was polite & professional to deal with. He made himself available at short notice, quoted and completed the work within 48hrs.Work completed - replacement outside switch and socket, due to water damage. Also repaired conduit piping that was the cause of the water ingress.Happy with speed and price :)

Having used Ian before I contacted him again to fix an electrical socket that had come out of a stud wall and to put up a new light fixture. Ian contacted me a day earlier than planned to see if I was available for the work to be carried out as he had a spare slot in his busy day, I was very happy for him to do this earlier than planned and it just showed me how conscientious he is. The work was done to a high standard. I find Ian to be very polite and courteous, professional and communicative. I would highly recommend Ian for any electrical work you need. I have already booked Ian in to install electrics to my garage

Ian did some good work for us on our main light fitting, our sockets and most of our spotlights. Unfortunately 2 out of the 12 spotlights weren't working, but Ian assured us he'd source replacements and come back to fit them. We settled the quote for the original work that day, and then never heard back despite my wife making numerous attempts to contact him. Since we had no response, we bought 2 replacement spotlights and tried to replace them ourselves as they were supposedly the problem, but that didn't work.We've since had to reach out to a different electrician who's identified there's an issue with the neutral wiring to the switch. The wiring runs under the floorboards which were replaced with underlay and carpet laid on top the week after Ian was supposed to contact us re. the replacements.Essentially, we've been left out of pocket (the cost of 2 replacement spotlights and the labour for the new electrician ~£250) to correct a problem which only started after Ian's work had been carried out on the sockets. Our new electrician will be ripping up carpet and floorboards in our bedroom to feed a neutral wire down meaning possible damage, or at the very least upheaval, to other rooms of the house. Extremely disappointed by the lack of response, additional costs incurred, and delay in completion this has caused.

I had a total power out at my Parents house and called Ian for backup in case it was needed .. Even though Ian's services were not required in the end , he got back to me extremely quickly and was prepared to come and help at very short notice. I was very impressed at how helpful he was and will definitely be contacting him again the next time I need an electrician.

Ian has completed a number of jobs for me, which have been expertly carried out. He ensures his work environment is kept clean and tidy. Ian offers expert advice and his costs are competitive. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Have had Ian come to the rescue on a number of occasions.Every time he has managed to respond and attend the same day and despite the challenges that the previous electrician set (the previous owners DIY skills cause more problems than fixes,) the repairs were completed on the day.Prices were more than reasonable. Cannot recommend enough, especially given the current market and some of the bad tradesman that are operating.

Ian came on the day we phoned him. Very prompt service and carried out the work efficiently . Very friendly and polite. We have used Ian in the past and will, if needed, use his Company again.

Came out to our home and put right the wiring on the light switches to the lighting on our stairs, checked the switches worked as they should and completed the job in good time,Polite and professional and very efficient!.Will most definitely use again should the need arise.Thanks
