Nick and Cindy were so helpful. We moved in to our new" house with no working central heating (approaching winter time with a 1 year old). Nick came and looked over the job. Cindy was able to manage his work calender to fit us in with very little notice. Nick worked very hard late into a Friday evening to get our stove up and running.Very knowledgable

From the moment we met Nick we could see he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and trustworthy. He has fitted two stoves for us, one new and also refurbished and fitted another. He problem solved a leaking flue and sorted that for us too! Cindy has also been brilliant at communicating and organising the work to be done. Super happy with the results, cottage is lush and cosy. We are 100% happy with the work of Nick’s installation of our woodburner . Nick gave us LOTS of advice , he organised a cherry picker and arrived as arranged ready to go. His wife Cindy was also VERY helpful and patient with our possibly having to change dates as sourcing a burner proved difficult.We have NO hesitation in recommending Nick as a first rate installer!

Nick came and did his survey and from the moment met him I knew he was someone trustworthy and was genuine. He came back with a quote that was very agreeable, I'd had quotes for stupid prices I knew that I was being ripped off but Nick George gave a true quote of all cost. I agreed a time and Nick was here, he was very polite and cleaned up after himself even had to put up with my four dogs. Work done in Two days and I'm so pleased to recommend this man 100% I would say this man deserves a medal putting up with dogs and doing his work under these circumstances. Nick was brilliant! Very knowledgeable and generous with his time to make sure all was right and that I was comfortable and knew what to do. Couldn’t recommend him enough - plus Cindy behind the scenes meant all happened efficiently ☺️
