Scammers, avoid. My car was crashed into and I was told by insurance company to take it to this garage. They tried to write off the car claiming it was £4,000 worth of damage for a dent in the bumper. Collected the car and went to another garage and it was £700 to fix. Clearly some sort of scam insurance job, would find a trusty garage elsewhere.

L&I Eaton stepped in to help when the original place my insurance company referred me to said they wouldn't be able to fix my car for atleast 8 weeks which with a holiday 2 weeks away would have meant no holiday.From the 1st contact, Lauren and thr team were upfront and honest about the timescales and kept me updated throughout the repair.I had my car returned after 10 days (4 days quicker than originally expected) in perfect condition and with a full valet also.Honestly could not be happier with the repair and would not hesitate to use again.

1st time having claimed through my insurance i.e. very impressed with the service with LI Eaton. They kept me communicated on the progress of my car that was uplifted by a transporter from my drive. They also delivered a courtesy car soon after and the 2 drivers who dropped off the car, were so lovely and very helpful. Thanks to Bob and Campbell for explaining the process/there good humour and dropping off the courtesy car. Thanks to Shannon who works in the office. Shannon was so helpful and communicated and followed up without me having to chase for updates. I now have a lovely clean courtesy car to drive, whilst my car is in for repairs. I Would definately recommend using this garage not only for service but for excellent customer service. Thank you. Mrs Lauder

Overall excellent experience. Car was picked up on time and I was updated on progress. My car was returned on the day promised.Bodywork was immaculate and completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

Car returned in un-drivable condition.Oil pouring from car (not there before). Even area of bodywork at back of car is splatted with oil.Advised by L&I Eaton not to drive car in its condition, yet drove it back to our house themselves in this condition.No accountability for condition of car on its return, washed hands with it, very unsatisfied.Didn't call back when technician came to see the car, had to chase them for a response. Awful experience.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.Back in December, I contacted them about bodyworks on my car, they said they will need my car in the garage for 10 days. I asked them about a courtesy car and they told me they don't have any available until February. Waited till February. On the day we have agreed to drop my car off (I was already on my way to the garage) 1 minute past 8 am got a phone call from them telling me they don't have any courtesy cars available and one has a fault so its in garage. However, they will contact me when a courtesy car is available or they will come to me to drop the car off. I had to turn round and drive back home. I think it is ridiculous they didn't contact me at least 24h before.I have contacted my insurance company and told them that I am not happy with this. I have been waiting for a couple of months now and they contacted me last minute. My insurance company contacted them on my behalf and they have been told that my car is still going into the garage on that day but they need to pick up courtesy cars and they will bring the car to me. I said to my insurance that this is not what I have been told however I thought we will see if they do contact me later on. I was working all day that day and not a single phone call or text message. They closed at 5pm it was also Friday and they are closed weekend. I knew that my car will not go into that garage for another few days.Contacted my insurance to just cancel the repairs with them because their customer service is not satisfactory.Contacted a different garage and arranged repairs with them. They will also only need my car in for 2 days, not 10.

After I had an accident in my motability vehicle my insurers told me L&I Eaton in Edinburgh would be repairing my car.From first contact they have been extremely helpful and friendly. My car was picked up from me and I got a phone call the next day to let me know what parts the car needed, what work needed done and an estimated date of completion.I was kept updated throughout the process. 2 parts went on back order which effected the estimated completion date but I was informed of this and the car was delivered back to me 3 weeks earlier than the new estimate given!My car is sparkling inside and out and looks brand new again. I'm really pleased with the service given by L&I Eaton.All in all they've been a great company to deal with.

We had this work booked for 3 weeks with them and the evening before we got a call to say they didn’t have a car and they couldn’t do the job. They still wanted the job but couldn’t tell us when they would be able to do it. They were going to keep our car over Christmas where they are closed down. Our job was a half hour job. After reading other reviews I felt very uneasy and cancelled as we were so mucked about by them with no warning. We went to another garage and they sorted it out it minutes.

Let down with motability car far to big for someone 5ft tall asked for smaller one couldn't give us one stayed in our driveway
