Bells Motor Group Northampton- Volvo Cars

I recently had the pleasure of working with Callum McGuinn at Bells Northampton to purchase a new-to-me Volvo. From the very beginning, Callum made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to buy from them. They were patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.I was impressed with Callum's commitment to finding me the best deal that fitted my budget. Along with the sales manager Michael,  they worked hard to negotiate a price that was fair to all and they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the deal and the car.I am very pleased with my XC40, and I am even more pleased with the experience I had at Bells. Callum is a true professional who made the car buying process enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Volvo.Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Callum. They are an excellent example of what a car salesman should be.

I cannot recommend Bell's Volvo of Northampton highly enough. From the moment I put my locator request into the What Car website, to the vehicle handover the process was slick, stress free and so comfortable.The level of knowledge and communication I received from Jack Gardener was top class. Very quick responses on e-mail, highly efficient guidance on the documents and the E-portal and generally just a very high level of customer service.I can honestly say I have had more complicated experiences ordering something from Amazon. To be able to provide such a high level of service on distance selling of a high ticket item like a brand-new car is astonishing. There is no hard-sell technique or pushiness that I have experienced from other car dealerships. So refreshing!And of course the car is absolutely fantastic.Even though I live in London I would absolutely use Bell's of Northampton again for another car purchase.10/10 !

Excellent service from Callum. Made the process of leasing my new XC40 very easy, and with honesty. The car is a pleasure to drive and has everything you need for an easy, comfortable and safe drive.

Callum and David really looked after me. The car was delivered and unfortunately there was acfault with the sunshine roof. The stepped up to the plate and came up with Csolution. They have definitely gone the extra mile. I am thrilled with the service.

We was looking for a family car and I tested allot of cars and I went to Volvo as well ( It was my dream to have Volvo but I was thinking is to expensive) till I meet Callum Coles who make my dream come true. He was working with me to get all the aspects I wanted and also worked on price.The best choice we ever made.

Incompetent! Car with them for over two weeks and still no diagnostic.Never managed to talk to anyone other than the switchboard who ensures me everyday I will get a call back with and update. That is yet to happen.Shocked at the lack of professionalism and urgency regarding our under-warranty car.Car was sent there by insurance, not by choice but I would do everything I can do avoid this garage in the future.

I don't recomand this dealer!!! I've paid a lot of money for receive my car more bad than before going on this dealer, they have done 100 miles with my car and to be more nice they broke the volvo logo from my wheel stering and broke some parts from the AC cover where I have it my phone holder. And when I contacted them to let them know about the issues they denied. Also when they called me from the service they told me that I have injector no. 3 leaking and when I asked them how much are cost the parts for the car they told me that are costing me £400. When I received the bill they put some parts for only £100 and to be writted that the injector no. 4 need a job. I really don't recomand this place for an inspection or for any kind of repair. They are absoluty nonprofessional.

Just had my new Volvo delivered today from Bells Motor Group and right from the initial order back in February to the handover today it has been an absolute pleasure. Dawn who handled the sale for me was amazing. I did have a local Volvo dealer but working with Dawn she was able to provide me not only a great deal, but also flexibility around offloading my existing car, which made it preferable to place my order with Bells. Dawn kept me updated at every stage and was really knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. Then James who delivered the car was able to thoroughly take me through all the features and functionality of the car at the handover. He was friendly and knowledgeable. When it comes time to change my car again in the future I will definitely being going back to Bells and in particular Dawn for a great car buying experience.

Great staff, fantastic service.Which is more than I can say about the service manager at volvo Peterborough who was as arrogant as possible. We never went back.Well done Bell's Northampton...you're amazing
