Great communication from Vfast through the ordering and installation process. Installation engineer was polite, respectful and helpful while working at our holiday home. So far no problems with the broadband product

My X BOX not working with this provider. No problem with differents provider . Bad connection upstairs as well . Not recommend this company . I got all information what I need to do from Microsoft I passed everything to vfast support but still not progress in my case . My router is only less like 1 meter from x box !

I regret that i joined VFast, 46£/month and can’t watch anything! Keeps lagging! For 46£ it should fly!Avoid! Don’t even think of joining them!

I moved to a new built house and got their 120 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload package as I need fast Internet given that I work remotely. Over the last 3 months Vfast has given me the stated download and upload speeds and their customer care has been excellent. Really great company.

Worse Internet service I've ever had.. and customer service isn't great either, been a customer since February, and spend more time refreshing them actually using the service ..when ever we ring up we get excuse after excuse and told me need to spend more money on boxes etc that other company's provide..for a small company shopping local doesn't benefit anyone here !

What terrible customer service!!Firstly sold equipment not need then fitted to somebody else's caravan. Currently owed a £99.01 refund they say they refunded but to a card they last used in 2021 rather than the current card used. The wrong van the equipment was fitted to are using our data allowance by looks of things also.Whenever called fobbed off and long periods spent on the phone desperately trying to get them to fix the problems they have created.We feel hopeless to trying to get our money back and overall a terrible service.If they didn't have the monopoly on our site 100% would not be using them and making sure our freinds and family know how terrible they are.If anybody would like to make contact to resolve please give an email address to make contact directly.

BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE DAY ONE OF THEM COMING INTO THE VILLAGE I LIVE IN, BUT THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THEY KEPT BOOKING ME IN TO HAVE NEW INTERNET WITHOUT MAKING SURE I WAS IN.I COMPLAINED THEN THE DIRECTOR CALLED ME AND SAID ITS ALWAYS BEST TO PICK THE PHONE UP AND SPEAK AND HE WAS GOING TO FIND SOMETHING OUT FOR ME THEN GET BACK BUT DID HE ? NO MORE LIES THEN WHEN SOMEONE ELSE CALLED ME I ASKED FOR HIM TO CALL THEN HE DIDNT THEN 4 DAYS LATER I GET SOMEONE KNOCK ON MY DOOR AT 8.20PM WITHOUT ME KNOWING SOMEONE WAS COMINIG.

Internet speed very slow and constant drop out - I have had better service on analog service ,customer service and engineering team very poor , stay away these are cowboys

I spoke with 2 engineers today, amd both of them were simply above and beyond...Both knowledgeableFirst one explained me all the possibilities available and as soon as I was close to the routerClive was the one that did on-line and over the phone, the settings for my router...and on a Sunday... while there are not many customer services available..A 5 stars customer service all the way

Highly not recommending this Vfast Broadband service to anyone. An Outrageous service. I don't know why new development builders allow this kind of company in their development site.Waited for nearly a month for the connection. After installation no internet access. I don't know what's going on .Price is too high as well.l since no one available to provide broadband service.I don't know who can save us!!!
