Avoid this place at all costs. Went to the lash tech called Ashleigh and my lashes were terrible. She had attached multiple lashes to one fan and the lash map was all over the place with my inner lashes being longer than my outer lashes. They were also like clusters, not individuals. My eyes feel so heavy and the lashes are clumpy. I was really disappointed with this considering I paid £50 and the lashes were for my birthday weekend. I instagram Dm Ashleigh to which she responded quite rudely ‘How would you like me to rectify this’ and then proceeded to indirect me on my instagram story. I then sent her a picture of my lashes to explain the situation and what I was unhappy with and she ignored me. If you want low quality eyelashes and a rude service come here.

I found this place on TikTok, the booking process and appointment was unproblematic. She really listened to me and corrected what i didnt like. But the lash quality was not good. As someone who is getting lashes done more than 2 years I can say that. The set I paid £50 only lasted 8 days, at the end of 10 days all the lashes were gone.

Very professional service, made me feel very comfortable and my lashes looked great and lasted a long time. Highly recommend!
