Went in for Mot, they failed it on headlight too high and sounds too loud.They missed 2 very important dangerous defects, the steering nut was very loose which could have resulted in the failure of control of the bike and the tyre was just under the legal limit.I do not recommend this place at all!!If I could give zero stars I would

Made an appointment for an MOT 3 weeks in advance, was confirmed verbally and when I called the previous day to reconfirm the time, my appointment was not in the system. Had to rebook. Ordered 2 tyres. Was given a quote for £170. Took the bike to get tyres replaced and when the bill came tyres were £240. MOT and tyres replacement were done and when I rode home speedo didn't work. Yet they said it wasn't as a result of changing the tyres. It clearly was as I fixed the somewhat loose connection to the sensor when I got home. Had another MOTs on a 125 moped and came home with a new problem that required booking it in again but in the end was never fixed and was told would be too expensive to fix. Husband old bike was dismantled but issue could not be fixed and bike was never put back together so scrapped in the end. Had 2 regular services done which were ok.
