Absolutely shocking service. I made an order which never arrived. I had to call the restaurant. The first time I called they put the phone down on me. I had to call back 3 times before I was finally told the driver tried to call me but couldn't get hold of me. This was a lie as I had no missed calls and why would the driver need to call me, I live on a main road, it's not difficult to find my house. And then the restaurant told me they were too busy to chase up my order and find out where it is. This has already been paid for on just eat and marked as delivered by the driver.

After speaking to the owner today he assured me he would send us our meals on the house after they didn't deliver our order yesterday but said they had and took our money £56.80 and said he had sent refund this was around 2pm today spoke to him. tonight trying to speak to the takeaway they saying they know nothing about it and just keep putting the phone down on us I took my earlier review down in good faith but after a second time again trying to talk to there employers they are so rude definitely avoid this place

Waited 2 hours for a delivery and was told they weren't going to deliver because they stopped delivering 8 hours previously. I was told that they had mentally cancelled the order but couldn't physically cancel the order until the manager comes in, in the morning. Now there is nowhere else to order from.This is getting reported to trading standards, very annoyed.

if i could give no stars i would ordered on uber eats took over 2 hours to arrive and when it finally did arrive it wasn’t even what we ordered. the pizza was burnt to a crisp yet stone cold. we ordered mozzarella dippers and got cheesy onion rings instead which were also cold and then a random cold portion of chips. we contacted the restaurant multiple times they kept telling us he’s left and will be with you soon and he never was. overall useless place awful food clearly a bunch of idiots that don’t speak a word of english and just take peoples money

Been for some chicken the other day with friend for lunchWe found uncooked chicken and ask staff if they can replace or refund was ignored at first and told is our imagination!! There’s nothing wrong with it!Completely refused to give our refund, they said that there’s nothing wrong with it and is perfectly cooked.Little man behind counter was extremely rude and suddenly he couldn’t understand what we was saying.They young woman was rude and scudded us both of being awkward… all we wanted is a refund for the horrible food we was served.Please see pictures of the chicken we was given.Highly do not recommend

Ordered food off Uber eats and then decided to phone up to see where my order was, when they picked up I couldn't hear a word they were saying over the loud music but I managed to hear them say that they weren't going to deliver because I live too far away (I literally live 19 minutes away) and told me to come and pick it up, it's midnight and I don't drive so I decided to write it off and not bother with a refund

We ordered from Bianco for an event at the university. We got so many compliments that the food was amazing (which it was). The service was amazing. Staff were punctual, polite and everything was made with such care and attention. We’re already planning on using them to cater for our next event!

Quality has gone down. Shawarma wrap had old chicken, wings were going bad. Pizza was burnt. Don't think I will be ordering from here again. Now kinda waiting for the inevitable bowel upset.

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but... we ordered from Biancos early afternoon today. We ordered cheese and chips, a wrap meal, and the houmous platter" which was meant to include pickles and bread. When it arrived it was just a foil box of houmous. I called them and they advised they would send someone out with a fresh order including the missing pickles and bread but no one could come til 6pm as that's when their driver started. Rather inconvenient as it was early afternoon but what can you do? I asked twice if this meant our option was that they would send someone out at 6. They said yes
