I had an amazing session with Amy where we looked at my family as a unit based on our individual designs it was so fascinating.We looked into each of our traits, our needs, how we work together, how we make decisions and how our behaviours and moods affect eachother and why!I feel like these insights have been a great tool to help to navigate family dynamics. I'm so intrigued to dive deeper and can't wait for another session!
