I have known Rob for some time. He provided excellent IT support for the community centre that I managed for 13 years and also installed and managed a VOIP telephone system for the centre. As a small business with limited IT skills, we rely fully on Firecrest to keep our systems in good order and to monitor our computers, and various email addresses, all of which is done seamlessly in the background. Rob has also been very helpful in wiring up our home office ensuring we keep good connections to our router in what is a temperamental part of Monmouthshire for broadband.
