I used Anstey Horne, Manchester office recently for a level 2 home buyers survey. Tony was so professional and efficient. Really please with the survey and the report he provided, but not only that after the survey Tony rang me and talked through his findings with me, before sending me the detailed report. Great service from start to finish and I would definitely use them again. Also, due to the findings I was able to renegotiate on the asking price of the home I was buying. I would definitely recommend using these guys.
