WARNING: CAUTION BEFORE USING THIS PETROL STATION!Before considering a visit to this petrol station, I strongly recommend reading the other reviews about it. Many people have fallen victim to what appears to be a SCAM PARKING FINE scheme that's targeting unsuspecting customers.Their standard response is that they have no intention to charge customers for parking

Scam place for parking, no consideration for situation and unreasonable to deal with when getting a overpriced fine! Avoid this place there is a rest area further up that don’t scan their customers

Received a £100 fine for staying 12 minutes over the 30 minute required stay time, the signage does not make it clear that this time limit starts when you ENTER the premises, regardless of if you park in the parking bay. Essentially got scammed from having to queue and wait to spend money on using your services. Joke of a company, never using BP again.

Great experience, easy to find my favourite crisps, did not drive so can't speak on parking issue. Easy access through broken fence across from premier Inn car park. Hope to meet the famous Tina one of these days. All the best.

BP station cooperates with the mafia for extending parking by 15 minutes, where I bought something to eat and drink to rest from the journey, I received a fine of 100 pounds, and I kept it after over a month so that I could not appeal against the fine, BP and MET Parking Services are mafia bandits and thieves, I never use BP stations again

Disgusting inside!! Toilets are so badly maintained not even hand soap inside!I also left some expensive floor mats here once when cleaning my car with their hoover and I called them 2 hours later to ask if they could go outside to the forecourt and have a look.. they replied if it was left behind it would've been binned!"Thanks for that!"

Overpriced profiteers. Any company that is content to fleece it’s customers in a cost-of-living crisis, despite doubling last year’s profits, is best avoided. Issued with £100 fine for filling up my car and using the on-site shop. Was completely unaware of any parking restrictions and didn’t see any warning signs as it was dark and foggy. The fine will be the last time BP gets my money.

Spend on this petrol station 15 minut , just to grab few drinks and snacks, received ticket 70£ fine, proper scam, a bet they making more money on parking tickets then petrol station itself

have washed the car here on the premises and stayed longer than 30 minutes due to this I was issued a £60 PCN for a £6 wash, firstly had no idea that even if you wash your car you need to wash it within 30 minutes, I don't think it's fair

I will NEVER go to this petrol pump ever again. This business is a scam and robbery to your wallet. I spent £4 for the fuel and went to the toilet for 3 minutes. THEN, I got fined £200. The letter which was issued on 22nd November arrived TODAY- 11th December. A whole month later on 2 separate fines so I was forced to pay a full £200. This business is extremely awful and a scam. IT Steals your money for simple issues.PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AND READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS PUMP. A rating of 2.4 but which should actually be 1.
