Thanks to Luigi, I bought an amazing Tumi search backpack. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was exactly as I wanted! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve bought a Ted Baker carry-on suitcase in Sep 2017. The staff was really helpful , he sincerely suggested me to choose the product which really meets my requirement, rather than just recommending pricy stuff. In the past months, I am very happy with the suitcase I got in this store. Really appreciate the helps from the staff.There are quite many good options from various brands in this store. I am very happy to recommend my friends to shop there!!

Very rude service, would recommend location in heathrow or another shop entirely. I was the only customer and four men stared at me, no one offered to help. I asked for help and was treated like scum, like they were doing me a favor allowing me to shop there. No offers for alternative luggage when the piece I wanted wasn’t there, and when I decided to buy the bigger piece, I was told there was a delivery charge to my hotel even though the signs say free delivery, because my chosen suitcase was not expensive enough. It took a long time and the level of derision and poor service made me decide to leave. I went to a nearby shop and had excellent service and spent more money even, because that’s what happens sometimes if you are nice and helpful to customers and help them find bags to meet their needs.

Excellent products in stock and service is friendly, patient and extremely helpful. Took my time buying a Tumi and staff were excellent. Will be going back to buy luggage soon.
