We recently purchased a plot to self build and are very glad that we decided to engage Lennox to undertake the house design incl planning and building warrant drawings. We had a very specific view of what we wanted but with a variety of new thoughts from Lennox or tweaks of our original ideas we are delighted with the end result which is very much down to Lennox's input. Lennox has a good approach of understanding what the Client wants, not being too pushy with his own ideas, but giving you options to consider and helping to guide to something that you are happy with. Lennox is brilliant, he responds quickly, finds out what you want, and delivers the plans super fast, if you are under pressure for plans he takes that all off of you, he will talk directly to your solicitor for you if you want, and will make sure the plans are in the format you need. And not only is he super speedy and helpful he is amazing cheap and good value for money. Can’t praise him enough and would always recommend.
