My daughter found Wigan Alarms for me after my previous system had a fault but the installer couldn’t really diagnose the issue yet despite this I kept getting charged for various things. I stopped using the alarm as the fear of it sounding in the night made me nervous. Ryan at Wigan alarms was so friendly, trustworthy and professional. He refused to take any money until he knew for certain he had found and fixed the issue. He turned up at very little notice and I am so grateful for him that my alarm is up and running again. He replaced my outside box with a new one that lights up all night which looks great is a far better deterrent. Excellent value for money and the whole experience was so reassuring to me that there are trustworthy tradesmen out there with a real caring side. Thank you Ryan.

Just had an amazing service from Ryan at Wigan Alarms. My alarm was installed by another company previously and I kept but having repeated faults and paying out more money due to it malfunctioning again. I’d lost a bit of faith due to this so looked for another company and Wigan Alarms came up first. I was able to book an appointment straight away and Ryan was very flexible and contacted me to say he was available earlier so came the day before. He came out of hours to suit my shift work and was extremely thorough in his work testing everything. I was very happy with his work but mostly I felt so reassured by his integrity. He arrived the same day and fixed the multiple issues with the system, even maintaining the original quote price, despite all the extra work involved to get it running again.
