Care Full Critters

Ruth has given us great advice and support with our little furry friends over the last few years. Our rats took to her straight away, even the difficult ones that didn't like being handled were like putty in her hands. She has a real affinity with all kinds of animals and I wouldn't hesitate to let Care Full Critters take care of any of my pets. She's very approachable so don't worry about getting in touch if you need anything.

Jerry our green cheek conure has just returned from his latest holiday boarding with Ruth - 3+ weeks this time. He can be a messy & noisy wee dude who just loves company and attention. He gets this in abundance from Ruth and has bonded so well with her that she can handle him & gets cuddles. Jerry is my son’s parrot and he is very protective of him. We have no qualms at all in leaving Jerry in Ruth’s care and would highly recommend.

Hired Ruth as a pet sitter at my home for 2 weeks whilst we were away on holiday. Had a trial run for a couple of days to make sure it was a good fit which went well. However returning from our holiday we found that our bunnies have done extensive damage in a room. I did a walkthrough and left instructions prior and made it clear what areas the pets were allowed and they were not to be left unsupervised. The room they wrecked was a no-go zone and they must have been left alone for quite a while as they chewed all the way through the carpet in more than one location along with other items. Will have to replace them all and all I got was a sorry with no qualms about taking the full amount of money for the pet sitting. Avoid!

Ruth is an amazing animal carer, my cat absolutely loves her. Wouldn't choose anyone else.
