Plantation Shutters (who were Which recommended) were the most responsive company to help us make a decision on which shutters and configuration to choose. Furthermore they have a very well equipped showroom in London which helped us. They offer a longer than average warranty; the company has been established for a long time, the people are friendly and efficient. The shutters arrived on time and were installed quietly and efficiently and look lovely. No hesitation on giving 5 stars. I am also not being paid for giving this review.

We had originally purchased shutters from Thomas Sanderson but after a year back and forth with substandard products and awful customer service, we cancelled and had a full refund. Allister and Plantation Shutters were the complete opposite. Great products and excellent service and installation from Allister. They are without question the best in the business.

Allister was professional & helpful when discussing shutter styles & colours and his price was very competitive. Installation was prompt and necessitated very little preparation or clear up afterwards. I would highly recommend Plantation Shutters South!

I have just had my plantation shutters installed and I am absolutley thrilled.Allister responded to our enquiry swiftly, was prompt on his appointment and gave an immediate price with all the options clearly available. They dont price high and discount like many, they just provide grerat quality shutters at the price many others discount to.The install couldnt have been any better. He was professional and spent time adjusting the shutters to our wonky walls and making sure everything lined up perfectly.The finish is excellent and exactly what we wanted. Everythign from enquiry to end of install was excellent.Allister is operating a new franchinse but fitted the shutters as if he has been doing them for years. I'd meticulous about details and they met my high expectations. I'd thoroughly reccommend.

We were so impressed with the shutters that our son had fitted in his home in Twickenham we decided to contact Plantation Shutters about fitting shutters to our new build home in Hampshire.Our initial contact was via email with Emma at the head office in London and she was extremely helpful.We were contacted by Allister and managed to arrange for him to visit our home which was in the final stages of the build process, after he had measured up he contacted us via WhatsApp video as we were living in Shropshire, he talked us through all our options and gave us advice on what would best suit our windows and patio doors.Emma sent us a quotation with descriptions of the various options and it was such a relief not to go through the usual bartering that we had experienced with Sandersons to arrive at a sensible price.We were given a 12 week fitting schedule, but our shutters were fitted within 10 weeks which was a nice surprise considering the supply issues.Allister made an excellent job of fitting our shutters and managed to fit them all in a day, with a little help from his colleague. They were very respectful of our home and fun to have around.We highly recommend this company and having had Sandersons in our last home would confirm what others have said about Plantation being a superior company.A huge thank you to Allister and Plantation Shutters.

And perhaps even more so, with the service.We were given excellent - and most importantly honest - advice and guidance by Alistair, who saved us from making a mistake with our initial choice of design by pointing out things we hadn’t considered, and offered a better solution for our needs.We kept in touch during the period of manufacture and delivery, and Alistair even helped with recommendations for other works we needed (which were excellent, too!).The installation was very quick and no mess at all.And we’ve just placed our 2nd order!Highly recommend!
