Prime Smart

Had a fantastic experience at Prime Smart. The car had unfortunately been scraped on a small wall by a driving school pupil. It was only 2 months old and now looks like brand new again. They were very professional, reasonable, and did a superb job. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone who needs work done. Thank you Prime Smart!

I went around getting quotes for a deep scratch and some minor scratches. I went around other shops and they were all asking for £600-£800, I thought I would give Sam ago and admittedly was a little dubious when he gave a price of £140. More than happy with the quality of the work, unless you knew that there had been a scratch there you would never know. He didn’t try to charge me more for some very small scratches which he said could be polished out and others had quoted for. I would recommend Sam to anyone who is looking for a quality job.

Friendly guys working there gave me a free, reasonable, quote on the spot for dent repair and were able to fit me in the following week. The repair was done within a day and my car is back like it never happened!I have already recommended this place to others, and will 100% use again. Cheers!

Sam was highly recommended by Mitchells motors!As a middle aged woman knowing nothing about cars I immediately felt at ease .He was very professional and explained all the repair work needed.He managed to repair my mini within the day and it looks fabulous! I shall be recommending Prime Smart to all my friends!

I took my Mini to Prime Smart on Tuesday with scrape and dent damage to the near side door etc. Sam gave me an estimate for the repair work needed there and then. It seemed a very fair quote. The car went in on the following morning. Because of the extent of the damage the vehicle needed to be kept overnight. Before lunch on the Thursday Sam gave me a phone call to say the car was ready. I collected my Mini a little later that day. The repair was invisible. The Prime Smart logo says “Bodywork repair, you won’t know is there”. Absolutely true - a really fantastic job, and what a service. The car looked as good as new having been washed and valeted.

This is the second time I've used Prime Smart on both occasions I have been very satisfied with the outcome. This time was for scratch repair/scuff repair due to somebody reversing into wing in carpark. Friendly and very good value, car was picked up from and delivered back to my house which was very convenient too.

Really pleased with the service that Sam gave us for some minor body repair & replacement trim on our Audi. No pressure on the quote and efficient job that had a excellent finish. Definitely recommend.

Had a very nasty deep scratch on an awkward shaped part of the side panel of my VW Passat. Got a number of higher quotes from other local body shops and had a few just say they would'nt do it. Took it to Prime smart and Sam fixed it up amazingly, you'd never know. Second time I've used them and i cant fault their service.
