I used Mark's services to test whether there was any asbestos in a property we were buying. Mark has been of a great help, not only he's taken the time to educate us on the topic of asbestos which we didn't know anything about, but also he went out of his way to accommodate us and travel to the estate agency to get the keys to access the property and collect the samples, which he didn't charge extra for. I am very pleased with how helpful he's been and I definitely recommend his services.
