Charles Heating

We have a large let property portfolio and have been using Charles Heating services for all our plumbing repairs, new boiler installation and bathroom plumbing installations since early 2020 . Over the years we have used many different plumbing companies but this one is by far the most reliable, effecient and the quality of workmanship is excellent . What has been parricularly outstanding is correct diagnostics of the leaks and drainage issues we have incurred and their fast response time without high call out charges.The owner of the company is polite and helpful and has always shown willingness to attend to an emergency out of hours . Taylor was great. He was honest, helpful and refused to charge me for a job he could easily have done but told me wasn’t necessary. Will be using him for all heating jobs from now on.

I can’t recommend Taylor highly enough. I’ve used him twice recently and both times he has done the job in half the time others have quoted with no fuss - when others have suggested there could be problems. It is such a relief to have found someone I can rely upon and trust not to rip me off! I will use no one else and have already recommended him to everyone I know.
