Came on the weekend with a couple of friends tried the heights frights and bites package was so worth it but recommend to pre book online as it can get busy, a big mention to camelia and rinha for being such a pleasure to the experience made it worth it and definitely coming back !

Very bad service I'm afraid. I bought a gift certificate from their website and they didn't know what it was, suggested it was expired when it wasn't and pretended to charge us again. Then they said I should have shown the receipt instead of the voucher when... That's clearly not how vouchers work.Also, personally the experience felt low quality and it made me dizzy. Very disappointing.

Waited for a short while in a queue and was then refused to be seen next as the attendant prioritised the others who joined in after us and refused to back down when we explained to her we were waiting first. When she did allow us on she barely attended to us and spent pretty much all her time on the other riders, didn’t even tell us how to wear the headsets or pretty much any helpful advise whatsoever. The ride was good to be fair but after the way the attendant treated us, I would definitely never return to this VR experience again, ever.

Visited over the weekend with a group of friends and decided to try out the Heights, Frights, and Bites package. It was an incredibly worthwhile experience, but I would highly recommend pre-booking online due to the potential for crowds. I want to give a special shoutout to Camelia and Rinha for their exceptional service, which truly elevated the entire experience. Their attentiveness made the visit truly worthwhile, and it's safe to say we're already looking forward to our next visit!

I had an incredible time at ImmotionVR! The experiences were mind-blowing and truly immersive. Camelia, the staff member who assisted me, was exceptionally helpful and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. The state-of-the-art equipment and friendly atmosphere truly deserve 5 stars. Can't wait to go back for another adventure!

Visited London for 2 weeks and stumbled across this awesome gem in the O2 Arena. Both my mum and I are adrenaline junkies so we jumped straight onto the London City Roller-coaster experience. Our minds were BLOWN! Would highly recommend everyone tries an ImmotionVR experience! Staff were amazing and defo know their stuff! Thank you so much for making these big kids smile!

VR was good except the staff said it wasn't necessary to put on seat safety belt. I am 5 ft7 and felt as I would tipple off, and we had our son at the back seat. I did t realise at the time but after the ride was finished my husband said our son had not have his belt fastened either. He is 6 and short and I did get shocked at this. Over all great VR abit expensive for 3 mins at £8
