Woods TAXI s are so special to my husband John and I,John cannot walk much at all,everyone of your drivers are helpful courteous and polite,they cannot do enough for us.Since coming to live in Brighouse from Halifax,J ohn apologises to one of your telephone operators he did not mean to be rude it's just that he cannot stand long and thought he was going to fall over,thankyou so very much for all you do for us everyday. Excellent service! Arrived a minute early, charged what was expected and got me to my train on time. The cab was clear and the driver courteous. I felt in safe hands and would always use Woods.

The driver was lovely but he did say he was new and he took a long way round and drove well under the speed limit. We were worried we might miss our train.

Alright place but often no taxis, taxis cancel or just don’t show up. Sometimes lovely drivers who you can have a nice chat other times drivers that make you very uncomfortable

Used first time today and noticed my ride was cancelled in the app near appointment time for no reason. Don't accept bookings if cannot do them

The taxi was there on time but when we got to the destination, the driver was asking me to pay more than what the app showed me. He said I have to pay £4.50 instead of £3.50 because of the weather conditions. I gave him £5 and first he gave me 50p change back then later added another 50p and said at least I got a taxi on time.
