I've lost all interest about the shop since they only returned the vouchers instead refund to the card! Believe it’ll loss so much customers

Ordered a pair of trainers which arrived faulty. Reached out the customer service via email multiple times with no response. Eventually got a reply on instagram, where they told me someone would email about the problem - I did not get an email, and they stopped responding on instagram. Never received the refund for a faulty product. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, order somewhere else.

My partner and I came into store a couple of times in recent weeks and on each occasion have been assisted by Rachel. Her attitude to her job is absolutely sensational. Incredibly helpful and she alone was the reason we returned to shop at this store. Exceptional service. Thanks Rachel!

It is known that there are many Chinese customers in this store, but the salesman seems to be racist, When the customer asked for help to check whether there were new goods in the warehouse, he was very impatient and asked the customer in a mocking tone: Are you kidding me，A friend of mine was also in the store that day. When I checked out, my friend asked to check the clothes again for defects，As my friend turned to check, I distinctly heard the salesman swear: fuck。I have informed the Chinese consumer community of this matter, and everyone said that if the clerk is not fired, they will not buy in this store in the future，This kind of racial discrimination and attitude towards customers has a great impact on the sales of the store and the customers' liking for the store。

Nice store, some nice gear from top labels, Bape, Maharishi and loads of other tasty gear. Sale rails in the front of shop offer some cheaper ranges, they stock some YETI products too. Staff were helpful.

In store experience is generally good if the items are in stock. However, if you need to order anything in store - don't bother. I've had two experiences now where I was assured the item would arrived in 2-3 working days, and they just never showed up because there was a delay in the stock and no one had mentioned it. Twice. Any in store deliveries are not reliable and you are better ordering it elsewhere to get it on time when you need it.

Myself and my boyfriend went today and they had a good selection. Tidy store and friendly staff, we were offered to leave bags behind counter which was really kind.
