Really great experience. Thank you Rachel, so helpful and friendly. Knew her product well. Very patient helping me know what was best buy for me. Took time and explained everything as we went along. Offered some ice cool water which was very welcome in heat. Would recommend to others for sure. Bought more than I went in for which was fab . Thank you both

Just bought a new mattress from here. The store manager and the new guy (sorry I've forgotten your names) were amazing with talking me through the transaction! A special mention to Rachel, when we went in with our two young daughters earlier in the week she was incredible with them, it made the whole process so much easier! Thanks again guys!

Fantastic service and productsThis review has been a long time coming as the bed had to be put in storage unassembled for a while.The bed went together really easily, feels very sturdy and looks great. We also bought a sofa bed and armchair which arrived assembled and in excellent condition. They were wrapped by the people in the store who did a fabulous job. I can't thank Grant and his staff enough for the excellent service, friendly atmosphere and the coffee!

We went to buy a bed for my daughter and Mark was very helpful and patient.From his test-bed which looks at the profile of the individual and where they exert pressure on the mattress to discussing many different options for mattress, base, storage and headboard. He even offered us tea/coffee and gave us useful local knowledge. Very happy with our purchase and the price we payed.

I purchased a new bed from the Perth store last week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nick was very knowledgeable about the products. No hard pressure sales. I was not rushed into a decision. The bed was delivered yesterday and I am very pleased with it. The delivery men were excellent and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend Dreams.Sorry I meant to put 5 stars , not 2 !!Thankyou
