Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Speke

Rented a van to help me move house. Had a few complications with my house move which resulted in a delay moving furniture. The people here at the Liverpool branch we're brilliant in working an arrangement to let me keep the van overnight so I could get it all done with no extra charge.Will definitely be using these guys again when the need arises.

Following a road traffic accident I was referred to Enterprise from my insurance for a hire vehicle. I received excellent customer service and the car was great.

My insurance company informed me that my hire car would be supplied by Enterprise and they would be in touch to arrange this, almost immediately I received a phone call from Enterprise with the time and date for the vehicle pick up. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and professional assistant, think it may have been Alex. He dealt with the necessary paperwork and showed me the vehicle and answered all the questions I asked very clearly. On leaving the premises with the vehicle I was very impressed with the service and the vehicle and felt very confident all was well. On returning the vehicle I was again greeted by a very friendly and professional young lady, cannot remember her name, sorry, who asked me to take a seat in the office while she checked the vehicle. Once done she said everything was in order and asked me was I pleased with the service I’d received. I said I was and she pleasantly said goodbye and thanked me for my custom. To sum up: the two assistants were extremely friendly and professional and gave a first service and were a credit to Enterprise. Would highly recommend.

10+ mins walk, paying attention to the warehouse sign, nice and helpful staff.BTW, why Enterprise charge too much for dropping different locations even within same city ??? NOT reasonable.

Tried to give us a van with illegal tyres. 1.3mm thread not acceptable. As they changed vehicle after refusal the paperwork wasn't completed properly and they tried to charge us for damage to the van that we hadn't done. Advise all to take loads of photos to cover yourselves as they will try and have you off! Still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks!

My car was severely damaged by another driver in a car park so my insurance company provided me with a hire car from Enterprise Speke, Liverpool. All the staff could not have been more helpful. They even changed the original hire car for a better one after I told them I wasn’t happy with the first car.

Great service. I would advise to book your vehicle as much in advance as possible as it's cheaper. I hired an extra large van for £46 for the day to move house, which was very cheap. Would recommend

I have rented vans from the Speke enterprise branch a few times and I wanted to say a massive thanks to Jake the assistant manager who on both occasions went above and beyond with his customer care, he made a very stressful situation really smooth.He gave me so much help I can’t thank him enough.I also wanted to give Mo a mention on reception for being really friendly & smiley when I came in.Thanks to the team I wouldn’t react from anywhere else because of your excellent customer care.
