Rituals Milton Keynes

Excellent customer service. Welcomed by staff into the store with a cup of herbal tea of Lavender and Valerian root. Central area under a blossom tree for testing products. Wide range of Rituals beauty products where the beauty boxes work out as good value for money rather than buying the products individually. Indian Rose in red beauty boxes were excellent quality and a useful storage box to reuse for beauty essentials. Located near the front of the main shopping centre a few minutes walk straight from Jigsaw so a good location and gets very busy at the weekend.

I tried the products in Romania, as one of my friends received a gift from her mom. When I returned home I went to Milton Keynes Rituals in the shopping centre and I am very surprised how welcoming the staff was, the asked me if I would like a drink and they were very friendly. However I wasn’t able to buy anything because my daughter was very agitated but I went online and I just purchased few items. I received 2 free items as well which made the experience 100%. Very impressed with the service and speed of delivery. Customer for life! Thank you

Went into find something for my boyfriend’s mum and the service did not disappoint. I don’t often go into physical shops that much when I’m working until 5:30 (it was closing at 6) but I wanted to look at things in person. The staff member who served me was very lovely and made me feel super welcome and not under pressure at all. Customer service was 100% on point. I’m not a big talker but we had a great chat! She complimented my green glasses – I can’t remember her name but hopefully that’ll ring a bell for her :) (they’re from Firmoo!)

Beautiful store and the staff member Amaya was incredibly welcoming, friendly and informative on the products. She offered some herbal tea whilst I browsed which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. She gave advice on the products and allowed me the time to browse through the store (I take a while looking around lol). Definitely revisiting when I am back in MK to buy more of the Ayurveda set. It would be nice if there was a feedback survey as I like to give appreciation for good service.

Love the prewrapped items. It's so easy to gift out. You don't have to worry about wrapping them up.

Earlier this week I was passing through the town centre and came across this amazing shop by chance… firstly, I have to say the service i received was nothing but excellent.As this was my first time being introduced to Rituals large range of products, Amaya took good time to explain the differences in all the diffusers, balms, scents and skin products.To be honest I spent a lot more than intended, which is a testament to Amaya’s sales skills and the beautiful fragrances.I ordered everything with her to be delivered and as I just became a member the deliver was free! They are also giving welcome gifts currently so i recommend downloading their app. I’ve now fully converted to The Rituals family thanks to amazing Rituals team at Milton Keynes store. Thankyou!

I love rituals products and i always love coming in here, the staff are always friendly and helpful and i’ve never had a bad experience coming here. i always feel welcomed and never overwhelmed :)
