Coming to study at Oxford from outside of the country made finding a place a pain. Several companies were difficult to get a hold of, unhelpful in finding a spot that fit my needs, and curt in their responses. Then I found Abi Rosser at Martin and Co! She helped find a property that fit my exact needs and was responsive and accommodating throughout, especially with my unique case. While I haven’t moved in yet, I can say that the service and accommodation provided by Abi at Martin and Co was the best I had experienced after reaching out to several companies. The Oxford Martin & Co team - specifically Amelia Dawkins and Max - were incredibly efficient and represented us so well with the Landlord. The Oxford rental market is an awful place to be and when many agents are too busy to care about you it was a breath of fresh air to deal with the Martin & Co team.

Given the difficulty to find a property to rent in Oxford, my friend and I still cannot imagine we could sort out the whole procedure in less than two weeks with the help from Martin & Co. It is the second time my friend using the service from Martin & Co, and the experience this year is even much better because of Max Koch, who has the best qualities of a lettings negotiator. Max has made the entire process smooth and hassle free, our questions were answered with details and his replies can be expected in minutes!
