Awful company, said they did the work they have charged for even though another contractor disputes this. If they did do the work they charged for then its pure incompetence that thhey neglected to tell us all the pumps for the treatment centre etc were completely burnt out. They could have pumped water out to the cows came home and we would still be paying now as the pumps werent working. CONJOB

Avoid at all costs.... Bristol Drains are very quick to take payment in advance for drain surveys but sadly not as forthcoming to provide you with the report. We had to contact them on numerous occasions and were fobbed off with promises of when we would receive the report. Eventually after 2 weeks of waiting they sent a report that didn't even mention the crack that was causing the damp problem. Whoever wrote the report didn't even notice it even though it's there on the photos. No quote for the work, no apology for the ridiculous delay. Really very poor and unprofessional.

Bristol drains had to attend my property twice, because their first two engineers did such a bad job and caused damage to my bathroom and other areas of my house. That was in December and they will not correspond with me to resolve this matter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We recently had Bristol Drains out with a tanker to empty our man hole due to our pump not working properly. They came out on the Friday to remove the waste prior to an engineer coming out to service the pump. This was a very easy process. We then asked them to be on stand by incase we needed another tanker out on Monday at which they were very accommodating. When the Monday came I called Andy to send a tanker out, which he did but when the engineer came the engineer advised we did not need another tanker. I then called Andy again who advised he would cancel the tanker and send it elsewhere. This was at no cost to us. Andy was so understanding and the sales staff/ Dean are all really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I'd just like to say how great Bristol Drains are. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and competent. They sorted out the work on our sewer in a day and were brilliant throughout. I can definitely recommend them.

Bristol Drains booked us in swiftly for our drain blockage problem. Jack was sent out to us and was fantastic - professional, polite, thorough and evidently knew what he was talking about.
