Today was my first visit to Penny. Treatment was absolutely amazing on a very difficult big toe nail. I am delighted.Penny kept me infirmed of what needed doing.Michelle is so chatty and puts u at ease right away.

Penny is so lovely and brilliant at what she does. She has helped me with my daughter's feet. She did us a doctor letter of her findings and helped us with custom made orthotics. Her receptionist Michelle is so welcoming and lovely too. Thanks for all your help ladies. Would definitely recommend, she leaves no stone unturned.

Penny has looked after my feet for several years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. When I recently injured my foot she saw me at very short notice and gave me advice about what to do.

Offer an excellent professional service with pleasant, efficient and helpful reception staff.My 84 year old mother attended her first ever podiatry appointment in June 23 and was delighted with the service provided by Penny. She now has no pain and is happy with her feet for the first time in years.She has since attended a review appointment and will continue to do so regularly.Highly recommended.

Initial consultation was several months ago. I was told the consultation included diagnosis plus a letter to my GP with the findings. I paid in full but the letter was not sent. I had to chase it up to get it sorted.Booked a second consultation for inserts. When I arrived I was told I didn’t need a consultation appointment. It took all of five minutes to tell me the price would be £450. However, I was still charged for a consultation appointment.Booked third appointment for insert fitting but I had a hip replacement two weeks prior and at the time I was ill with an infection. No reminder from PB until appointment time. I offered to attend in 20 minutes but I was declined. I was charged £50 for the privilege.A very successful business man once told me “There are two types of business people, hunters and farmers”. These people are remiss with their service and show absolutely no empathy or understanding for people in difficulties.

I had a partial nail avulsion 6 weeks ago with Penny, for an issue with my nail that I'd tolerated for years. The avulsion was completely pain-free under local anaesthetic. Amazing! Now that the healing process is almost complete, I'm looking forward to my first pain-free summer in years. Penny and her colleagues were very professional, calm and reassuring. We'll done, girls!
