Will never use this branch of perrys. Got a car 3 years ago, although not the car we agreed on. Things went wrong from start to finish. Then 3 years later put my trust in them again, big mistake. I thought being there was a whole new staff it would be a different experience. But no, they totally messed up and were very rude when I started to take matters into my own hands regarding the finance company. But when they tell you one thing and you know they are wrong, what else can you do.. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to get a car avoid this branch, even if they have a car you like go to a different Perrys and ask them to transfer to them for you to purchase

I bought a very nice Peugeot 2008 for my Granddaughter from Perry's in Canterbury; this car came advertised with a 3 month warranty. The salesman Raf was very personable, professional and helpful and the car on collection looked exceptionally well valeted and presented and Raf had gone to the trouble of making the collection special by cordoning the car off with posh red ropes and a special message for my Granddaughter, making the collection even more special.For my peace of mind I purchased an extended 2 year warranty for the car but lo and behold what should have been a 2 year warranty on top of the advertised 3 month warranty (making 27 months) that wasn't to be. I was told be Perry's that their computer system would not allow for the 3 month advertised warranty to be added to the purchased 24 month warranty leaving me feeling as if we had not been treated fairly. I dare say Perry's might argue that this is an industry wide way that car dealerships deal with warranties but as a customer I feel it is manifestly unfair.Such a shame that the whole experience was tarnished by the warranty issue and the lack of flexibility over the warranty purchase. Had it not been for Raf, I would have downgraded the rating I've given by another star. Oh to leave a car dealership 100% happy.

The team at Perrys of Canterbury were outstanding! From start to end everything was faultless! Would highly recommend this dealership as a place to cars from every time now.All staff were polite - James Olver was the best and even want to offer him a job working for me! The sales office (the part every customer dreads). Was a lovely place to talk through deals and even a great coffee machine (even though the lattes were mega strong). Will be back again for sure to buy my next car and have already recommended this place to friends and family!

Great service from a great team. I've always found the whole team professional, efficient and friendly and my car always has a clean after the MOT/service.

I bought a used car from them and I thought the sales experience was good and I loved the car but unfortunately after a week or so the car started making a rattling noise and vibrated when starting. I contacted them because the salesman had reassured me there was a 100% guarantee for three months,they looked at the car and initially told me it needed an exhaust but the next day they changed there mind and said it was normal for a car of this age to display these symptoms.They explained that the exhaust was corroded inside but that it was normal so they wouldn't fix it. It be became clear to me that a local director had become involved and had prioritised the bottom line over my rights.The condition is worsening and it appears that its my hard luck for only being able to afford an old car albeit one sold by a main dealer who I assumed would only sell good tested vehicles and would honour the guarantee. Be very careful if you are thinking of buying a used car from this company.

Fantastic experience for my wife collecting her new Corsa from Tom at Canterbury Perrys. Very professional team and even the sales manager wished us well and thanked us for our business. It’s becoming rare to get a personal touch from businesses these days.
