Every taxi I use and probably ever will use with this company is always on time (don’t know how they do it but it’s impressive) and the drivers are all brilliant. Highly recommended if you’re going to Alton towers. :)

I got charged on my card when I hadn’t even booked a taxi. When i called to resolve the issue the first operator was lovely but when i got passed through to someone else he was extremely rude and arrogant. I tried to explain the situation and he just told me that I hadn’t made a booking so I shouldn’t have been charged which was my point exactly. He gave me an email address when i requested to send him proof which was a complete different email address to the what the website shows. He then abruptly ended the call trying to finish the call as quickly as possible so i was left confused. I called back to see when the manager would read the email and how soon the issue could be resolved. Unfortunately I was passed through to the same arrogant operator. He told me that the manager would see the email in the next 24-48 hours. However less than 30 seconds later he said the charge would be lifted within 24-48 hours. Again I was left confused as stories kept changing. I attempted to clarify with the operator but he kept saying bye. I asked why he was trying to get rid of me and he put the phone down. This is extremely rude and arrogant and I’m completely shocked as I’ve never had any problems with magnum taxi before.

Excellent experience booking a taxi back from east midlands airport. Very easy to book on the app and track where the driver is. He arrived 10 minutes early and communicated with us very well to see when we were out of the airport and arrange coming to the pick up spot. You made the journey home very easy and stress free, thank you!

Booked my taxi for 8:20 and they didn’t arrive until 8:40 so I was nearly late to work - only good thing is that I asked them to go a certain way which I know is quicker and they did listen to me. Then my last taxi which I booked for the same time didn’t arrive until 8:50 so I was 10 minutes late for work. Very annoying especially as I book it for a certain time and they can’t get me a taxi ready for that time.

My driver was one of the most pleasant, kindest drivers I have had.He was very courteous and didn't have blaring music on or talking on his mobile all the time, which I find very rude.He knew the route very well.How I wish I could book him all the time, he is an excellent representative of your company.

Picked up a group of 6 of us from Alton Towers on short notice for a 30 min trip, great price and colleague I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Pre booked the next day for Stoke station, driver arrived 2 minutes early and price again was excellent. Would strongly recommend.

Pre booked a taxi the night before and confirmed it in the morning.Taxi driver rang me 5 minutes after the time he was supposed to arrive to say he wouldn't be there for another 40 minutes. Ended up having to use someone else. If you would like a reliable taxi service I would avoid this one.

This used to be my regular taxi service Untill I experienced bad customer service when calling the base not only that but they took my money when paying online and my taxi never came.Im appalled they never refunded me but I managed to get my money back through my bank.Won't be using these ever again

Booked a taxi online the day before for 06:50 pick up. I called twice at 06:55 and 07:10, and was told they were 5 or 6 minutes" away. Nobody bothered to turn up until 07:35

Driver friendly. After stopping at 2 cash machines to lift out money, both weren’t working, so he allowed me to pay using card. Great service.
