Hucknall Road Medical Centre
A fantastic service in considering the wider political parameters the NHS is forced to work within. I was given a phone consultation at midday of the morning I called and was asked to come in for an examination later that afternoon. I would like to thank the receptionists and Dr K. B for their professional, efficient and thorough work in what must be a challenging profession. I speak for many that this does not go unappreciated.

Been with the practice for years. Good practice. Have always found the receptionists and secretaries to be extremely helpful, often going above and beyond. Doctors have always been good and dealt with any medical issues. Can usually get an appointment if needed. Would give 5 stars but sometimes phone lines are far too busy

If you have a serious concern, don't bother calling here. You'll never get an appointment. And they don't care enough to improve the system so that their patients can get an appointment. God-forbid anything fatal happens to me (someone with hypertension and chest pains) because I'm never able to get an appointment, after 3 months of trying. Health anxiety is real and they do not care. Very sad

Looking at the reviews left by others I can honestly say I have never had a problem speaking or getting an appointment. The doctors, nurses and staff have always been very helpful. In my opinion this doctors surgery is excellent. Yes there's the odd oneGoes under the radar but this is a great surgery.

Getting an appointment has taken ten attempts and still no appointment, just told to go to medical center which is hopeless as my records won't be updated. What a mess the NHS IS IN!

To the reviews that complain about not being seen, this is a result of poor government. Please know that you will be seen if a priority, understand these doctors and their staff work hard and that some patients are more ill than you. I cannot fault the staff here.
