Absolutely disappointed by fullhouse, I have used the same Chinese for the past 7 years and we have always ordered the same order, tonight we ordered that again and a “child” took the order and when items were missing from our delivery, we contacted them for the child to answer and say no we didn’t order that item !! When infact we know we did, they said we ordered spring rolls !!! Which was in our order but with a clear FREE sign on it, which we always get free off them may I state !!! safe to say they have lost a loyal customer as they wanted to charge me again for there mistake…. Oh and the meal was cold ! So yeah very disappointing

Took 1.5 hours to come no apology or acknowledgement about the delay even after calling for an update. However, the food arrived hot and tasted nice.

Curry quite tasty chips rank I think they cook them in bulk and warm them up as each order comes in like shoe leather!

3 issues , food left on the side until I arrived, poorest customer service I have ever received and sub standard food. There are other restaurants in the area that are 100% better.
