I waited for more than 30 mins, outside in the cold most of the time. There were only two positions out of four open and one position closed after I had been waiting for more than twenty minutes leaving only one open. This is not acceptable especially during the busy Christmas period.

Got there at 5.05 we got locked inside at5.07 as the que was 8 people long and one till open and one person was putting stickers on products other one was unlocking door for people that was leaving. At 5.13 lady was trying to get in to post something but they don’t let her in even we said that online says post is closing at 5.30.If u put person holding door behind 2nd till you could serve another 15/20 people before 5.30 which is closing time. Laziness and rudness overload towards customers!!!

Handy little post office, only things is I have turned up several times on the way home from work knowing they close at 5.30 and they have been closed at 5.15. Very frustrating when you have rushed a 20 minute drive from work to make sure you get there in time.It's now 5.14pm and I've just seen them close, set the alarm and leave!

I go in 5 days a week and I bank quite a bit of money for my wife's work. Its a time consuming request and I always buy change ( up to 1000.00 a go. Nothing is to much trouble and I know I can sometimes be the cause of any queue but I use that post office because of the service they provide. Well done guys.

Love these new guys! They are the best thing since sliced bread! Always helpful, polite, patient and friendly. They are so much better than the dreadful staff who used to run this post office.
