Rescued in under half an hour from a breakdown situation, coming back from a three day festival, driven to the door via a massive tailback on the dual carriageway. Just so glad I didn’t have to walk. Lovely driver a quick response really appreciate it. Thank you

Taxi was 26 minutes late due to not enough staff, wrong car listed on the text message so was looking for wrong vehicle, had to try and open the boot for a couple of minutes before the driver got out, taxi was dirty inside- old cutlery and leather seats weren’t clean. Wouldn’t have minded if the experience was better. Don’t normally leave bad reviews but this needed to be commented on.

Excellent. Mohammed was punctual, pleasant and very helpful loading/unloading a wheelchair. The female receptionist when we booked was most welcoming, articulate and helpful. We will definitely use this firm again.

Booked and paid for a cab online and they never showed up, ended up having to call a different company Paul’s taxis who sent someone as soon as they could and were amazing. Blue water on the other hand I couldn’t get a hold of them for love nor money which resulted in me sitting in the cold and dark outside carmarthen train station for 45 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially young women as they are unreliable.
