Order placed, shipping notification same day but was never actually picked up. Requested a refund, email was promptly replied to to say it's been cancelled, please wait 5 working days for a refund. Still no refund after 5 working days, emailed again and only then was a refund processed. Stay away.

Great service!!After submitting my order Sharon was particularly helpful in trying to find the correct colour match for me - Even though the code i had given didn't seem to be correct. Over the next two days she carried on in determining the right colour through alternative sources - giving frequent updates to me.

Ordered via Amazon. Awful colour match. Retailer requested photos to David Bailey standard as’proof’ despite my pointing out numerous times that I only have an iPhone camera. Offered them the option of coming to inspect but retailer not interested and refused refund. I’d recommend going elsewhere. Terrible product, awful customer service.

Received my order but goods were damaged the lacquer had leaked and so had the paint, so it was useless, I had spent quite a bit of money with them, it was a Father's day gift so very disappointed, you think they would make sure the pots are sealed! I did contact them sent photo of the state of the parcel and they are resending order, so good customer service.

Great customer service!I made a mistake in my order which was buying a hardener instead of a thinner to mix with paint.This mistake was caught before it left the facility, in turn saving my paint job!Simon was also extremely helpful, going above and beyond to give extra required information!

Awful customer service. Paid for express delivery which then took ten days. Missed a deadline for work on a van. Never replied to any e mails. Despite absolutely promising to ring back, never ever did.

Very slow delivery, still hadn't passed package to courier 9 days after placing order, despite sending me an email with tracking number 2 days after order placed.Package finally passed to courier after I sent 2 emails on consecutive days querying situation.Delivered quickly by courier after they received package.Goods received seem of reasonable quality and paint colour match.Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.Will look elsewhere for any future requirements.

Placed an order with this company through Amazon. Wrong, cheaper product recieved. As their phone number was on included receipt, phonee them. Got a VERY unhelpful women, who told us that even though they sent us the wrong, much cheaper product then we had paid for, we have to find a carrier ourselves to return it. Would not even say what carrier to use as most will not as product considered hazardous material. Feel that we have been ripped off for their mistake of sending us the wrong cheaper product then was ordered.
