Always very impressed by Paxtons products and service. We’ve had all our windows and our front door supplied by them and we have always been very happy with the sales, installation and after service. Recently our front door had shifted slightly since it was installed in Jan 2021 which made shutting it a bit clunky and after a quick call Andy came to readjust - now works perfectly again! Thank you Paxtons!

Great products but terrible sales, measured windows up wrong. Went to buy bifolds was told I couldn't until I'd done my extension upstairs??? Even though structural engineer had made allowance for any movement in plans. Everything I looked no one knew the price, just told they're very expensive!!! When I finally got a quote over a week later it was £800 more than other local business for identical product and they forgot to quote for Origin windows!! Rang office several times no one ever gets back to you. Not sure how this place remains open. My advice use Essex bifolds if looking for Origin products.

We used Paxtons for upgrading our very old uPVC windows and doors to new aluminium ones. We've been really impressed with the quality of the windows and doors themselves, but also the installation job that Paxtons did. The team were lovely and helpful and took pride in their work. They had to make good a plaster wall to install a door and the plastering they did was much better than the original! We will happily use Paxtons again for any further work we do.
