From first visit to quote up to the completed inspection,the job was handled professionally.It was a relatively small job, with some quirks due to the age of the property, however the attention to detail from Lee , the fitter was second to none and I can honestly say I think my floors were cleaner when he left! . The worktops look fabulous and have made all the difference to an old kitchen.

Just discovered it .The wife was just talking about such concepts and she will be wanting to update the kitchen soon . personally l think it's a great idea .we already done something similar when the mortgage was paid of .But her pots and pans have begun rattling .

After being recommended Chris and his team by a friend, I too would recommend dream doors Dudley to all of my friends and family. Simon is a superb fitter and kept the kitchen clean and tidy as he worked, as well as being friendly and professional for the whole week he was here. We are overjoyed with the quality of our kitchen and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you Chris, Simon and the team.

Designers James and Chris and fitter Nathan did an amazing job replacing the doors on our kitchen. They also suggested new designs for 2 of the units which work so much better than the old versions.The kitchen looks good as new.We were really impressed by the tremendous care they took with the design, fitting and follow-up. The fitters took great care clearing away all of the old doors and cleaning up each night and at the end of the job.We would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a kitchen refresh.

Very helpful but I've just used them for work

Booked an appointment with this company to come and give me a quote. I work from home and was in all day, at the time of the appointment I went downstairs to make sure I didn't miss them knocking and no one turned up. I didn't receive a call or explanation... Until I emailed the main office asking for an explanation. I then received a call from a very defensive lady who infered that I was lying about being in, saying they came and there was no answer at the door, they called and there was no answer... It was not their fault but mine. It is genuinely impossible for them to have visited my house and knocked at the time and date agreed because I have a very small house with open plan layout downstairs. I would have seen and heard them. I don't appreciate being called a lier. This company is, in my view, unprofessional and lacking in customer service, and on that basis alone I would not reccomend using them.

They were great up until they sent me a quote. Gwen sent me a quote which only had the total price, I asked if we could have a break down of the prices so that we could weigh up our options about fitting the worktops and cabinet doors ourselves and also getting appliances elsewhere. Any savings would help during these times.I was told they couldn't give me a breakdown of the cost and then went radio silent on me.Personally I prefer transparency and the willingness to give their customers options to save money. But when I explained my situation, they stopped replying.Safe to say, I will now be shopping around.
