Very hard to contact. Although open to 5:00 pm permanently engaged signal after 4:30 pm; this morning at 9:20 pm, recorded message stating ext 1 is unavailable please leave your message". Not what is expected of an international company and my recorded message would not be complimentary. Very disappointing."
