John was loveky. He was very professional and checked and tested my tumble dryer thouroghly. He ordered the part and was round again the very next day the part was delivered. I would reccomend him to everyone and if I ever need another appliance repaired, I will use him every time. And it's also lovely to support our local tradesmen.

Had a few problems with my dishwasher, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner, as well as needing a new fridge freezer installed.John was prompt, clean, and new his stuff. He managed to do all the jobs quickly and without fuss, all for a very reasonable price.He was a nice bloke as well!! Would 100% recommend him to anyone!

John visted to fix our Candy washing machine, he visited the same day, repaired as soon as we had the part and was happy to write a report so we could reclaim the cost on our extended warranty agreement.

Highly recommend John. Have required his services twice now once for a washing machine and once for a tumble dryer. On both occasions fantastic communication, reasonable and fair costs. Supported me by completing a report so we could reclaim the cost with a consumer issue as warranty had passed. Thank you so much. Excellent service, punctual and professional.

Have used John twice recently, once for a washing machine repair and then for a dishwasher replacement. Both times, excellent service, turns up when he says he will, does a great job and charges a realistic price. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
