Quick service. Staff's was very pleasant and smiling. Chatting with the staff about my choices. We have a laugh. Good customer service.

Good quality coffee as expected from costa although the seating area closes earlier so you have to sit on the train station seats. Good long opening hours though.

Large store with lots of seating availability. Often have to queue for a while to be served but service is typically quick after that. Usually 2-3 members of staff working behind the counter.

Always enough staff on to cope with the frequent mad rushes. Never waited longer than 2 or 3 minutes for my stuff. Staff always friendly.

The costa at New street near red lounge need to consider their customer service skills. A smile goes a long way and makes a huge difference to someones already tiring and stressful day.

Wanted refreshments before going to catch our train.....so went to the outlet inside New St Station . 2 very nice young staff served us, and how impressed was we!Both were friendly smiling and polite. I asked if anymore of a biscuit and the one went and had a look, although they was buay she still went. Nice to see hardworking staff
