Harry and the team have recently replaced our 25+ year old central heating system (boiler, cyclinder, and tanks) with a new highly efficient combi. They also replaced all radiators, with all new piping laid throughout the house. Very pleased with the results of the work, and appreciated the regular communication and progress updates from Harry. The team have been a pleasure to deal with. Based on the high quality of their work we’ll definitely be returning to Serene Heat for any future jobs.

Serene Heat performed a conventional boiler replacement for me.Harry was extremely helpful and responsive during the communication and quoting stage, and always replied promptly. The quote was easily competitive with other local plumbers, and Harry was very helpful in terms of discussing different boiler types and explaining the steps in the installation process.During the install, Harry, Jack, and James were friendly, polite, and efficient. They removed the old boiler and installed the new one within the first day, with an additional 2-3 hours on the following day to connect it to the thermostat and flush the system. They returned any panels or cupboard doors that had been moved to their original places, and cleared away any large pieces of debris.I was working from home during the install, so I was somewhat underfoot. Jack and James were happy to answer any questions I had, and to clear out of the way when I had to pass by. I had a few meetings that I had to attend, and they were very considerate in keeping disruptions to a minimum during those times.All in all, I found Serene Heat to be extremely conscientious in both work and communication. I am very happy with the service performed, and highly recommend Serene Heat to others in need of plumbing/heating services.

Not impressed. Has no knowledge on under floor heating. Visited to assess.charged £102 call out charge without informing prior to call.Had underfloor heating issue. Was advised will send an estimate as boiler needs pcb. Though not sure whether that will sort out underfloor heating issue.waited 5 days. No estimate arrived other than call out charge invoice received same evening.To be honest, it appeared Harry had no clue on underfloor heating. Will not recommend to anyone.Got it checked by ufh specialist.Had nothing wrong with boiler ad advised by Serene engineer.Turned out to ba lockshield valve on manifold assembly.Will not recommend this company to any one.Fake reviews.

Serene Heat did all the things I hoped they would. Turned up exactly on time to replace my boiler and did an excellent job. Harry and his team are front runners in customer care and make every effort to please. Clean and tidy fitters who are keen to ensure they do a good job. Thoroughly recommend.

Harry is kind and responsive. Agreed a reasonable price with in an acceptable timeline. Sent Jack and James that are super knowledgeable, the politest boys, hardworking, clever and kind hearted. They worked on power flushing my central heating while also explained what was happening kindly, worked non-stop from 9am to 4pm and also balanced the system and installed a magnetic filter on the flow. Excellent attitude to work. Hats off to you guys. Recommend them due to being experts with what they do, and being absolute professionals. Thank you.

Our heating stopped working just before Christmas, we called Serene Heating. Despite being extremely busy during the cold spell Harry came out on a Sunday and sorted the issue then arranged for Jack & James to install an expansion unit. Lovely lads and an absolute credit to the team. Overall Serene Heating were professional, dependable & good value. More importantly Harry followed up to ensure all was well and we had heating over Christmas. Highly recommended.

We initially called Harry out to service our boiler after the normal yearly check had lapsed due to covid. He was responsive, punctual and competitive cost wise. We were really pleased with his work.We then experienced issues with our hot water and heating in the 2 coldest weeks in December. Not only did Harry come out to us on a Saturday he stayed into the evening to get our hot water and heating back on (we have two young children and he was totally on board with getting it sorted, whatever it took). Again he was responsive, informative and upfront with the costs.Unfortunately the heating continued to cause a headache for us all into the following week so there was daily troubleshooting needed and Harry couldn’t have been any more responsive or forthcoming with help and expertise. Always at the end of the phone no matter how frustrating it was for us all. Ultimately the issue was fixed and Harry definitely went the extra mile for us. And although still a cost we could have done without before Christmas, his rates were definitely competitive Vs other companies who I know would have probably taken the opportunity to charge extortionate call out rates. Thanks Harry we highly recommend you!
