I've been failed by plumbers in the past who have not been responsive or followed through so I was pleased that Karim was able to assess my boiler, talk me through what the issues were, follow up with a quote, order the right parts and return to fix my boiler all within the timeframe I requested. Our plumber was fantastic, time efficient and friendly. We had problems with our kitchen plumbing and we contacted him as a matter or urgency. He came the next day, rectified the problem and replaced all necessary parts, it’s now stronger than ever. Would definitely use this service again!

My boilers was on it's last legs and I needed a replacement, so I decided to go onto Checkatrade so that I could find a reliable company and Hydrogen Plumbing & Heating were recommended to me, Karim came to my property and indeed confirmed my boiler needed replacing and provided me with a quote, I accepted and he booked me in the following week! From start to finish Karim and his team were super professional, completed within the day, left the area tidy and were just generally a plesant company to work with and my boiler was installed with no issues to date. I have recommended him and his company to all I know and I will only be going to these guys if I have any plumbing or heating issues in the future! 10/10

My apartment was damaged in the storm and although my central heating was not affected too badly, some parts had to be changed over. My contractor recommended Karim who came to see what the issues were and then ordered the parts I needed. He was personable, polite, helpful, tidy, arrived on time and fixed my central heating within 30 minutes! He also showed me what was wrong and offered some tips, and checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use Karim's services again!
