Fairy Falls Hotel
Two members of staff were fantastic ! The other member of staff had really dirty leggings on ,covered in dog hairs.!! The room above us had children in and we were woken up at 5.30a.m. by them jumping off beds and bouncing on our ceiling non stop ! Our two evening meals were delicious but breakfast only available on our last morning and it was a major let down ! For those reasons we would not return !

Went for a meal whilst visiting the area. Great food and service. Really welcoming and dog friendly which was a huge plus. Good choice for vegetarians and pudding went down a treat with the whole family.

Fairy Falls Hotel
Visited twice in a week whilst on holiday close by. We had our evening meal there on a Thursday and it was so nice we went back for their Sunday lunch which was equally as nice. Lovely food, decent portions, great service from happy smiling waitresses.

Absolutely gutted when we walked in our room. Filthy carpets, bathroom not cleaned. Stained sheets and smelt of wet dog. So much potential but need to pay attention to cleanliness. Spoilt our break even though we only spent one night in this filthy room. Whole family itched all next day!

Room was nice, only 4star as shower pressure was nonexistent and bathroom door didn’t lock. We dined for evening meal and breakfast, both were excellent in flavour and presentation. The constant sound of the stream flowing nearby was very soothing. Overall a great place to visit and good value for money.

Dropped in for dinner on a Sunday evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good menu selection for a small pub. We shared the steamed pork bao buns for starter followed by the pork belly stir fry for mains. Both dishes were excellent.

The room wss spacious, large TV screen, friendly staff and a good location. However, we were surprised the level of cleaning was not as expected. The carpet looked liked that it hasn't been hoovered and there was a dead insect on the bathroom's floor. No cutlery or glasses were there although there was a simple tea station.

We didn’t stay in the hotelBut visited for dinner twice during our stay in the village. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced! Def. Recommend !! The pups were well looked after too!

Fairy Falls Hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Fairy Falls Hotel. We had Sunday roast which was really flavoursome and good sized portions too. Delightful service from Aliesha and Chloe. Highly recommended.Thanks, Paul, Julie, May and Poppy the dog.
