This is a great little shop with a comprehensive selection of food including an on site bakery and a free from section. It's my local shop and I can usually get what I need. The prices are competitive and there are often deals. There is an ATM in the store. It is open until 10pm every night too.

Often closed unexpectedly due to staff shortages. I guess people would rather claim benefits these days than do an honest days work. The staff they do have are normally polite and helpful.

I've bought something to take to a barbecue party. A young lady who served me is friendly. I don't know why people wrote on their reviews that a women was grouchy. If only you lot knew that working in this company won't let you have a tea break. Leaving you working on the shop floor on your own, while the manager and the assistant manager no where to be seen shame on you.

Awful I have been shopping in here for years and it's never been so bad due to the new manager such a bad attitude and he doesn't care either out of date products on the shelf which I showed him didn't hardly acknowledge it loads of items on the floor nearly tripped up a few times dirty as well and hasn't opened a few times due to the fact he didn't hear his alarm , this is so unacceptable , get a manager that actually wants to work and not let the place go down to the state in which it is in right now !!

Went in today today to try and exchange some eggs which had questionable dots all over them only to be told I cannot exchange them as two eggs were missing (I had to crack them open to see if the yolk was okay and it wasn't). Very upset, maybe new staff needs to be trained on customer service. Old staff is very hard working and has always been helpful.
