Domino's Pizza - Southampton - Burgess Road

Ordred twice from this Dominos at Burgess Road, first time food arrived burned, second time it was a mashed pizza. Reported to Domino's customer service first time and received an email that they are sorry and will improve their service. Why should I pay for a food that is not meeting the normal standards for a food service. Photos are showing the quality. Will never order from them.

Bad service. I ordered 7.99 pound two topping deal but was charged 9.99 pound without letting me know. The staff at first claimed that I was wrong then tried to ignore me when I tried to have a talk . At the end, they agreed to give me free drink when I felt angry and refused to take the pizza away. It is fine that the staff makes a mistake but they are trying to get rid of the responsibility from the beginning to the end.

Forgot my order and made us wait over 50 minutes for a supposed 25 minute wait.

Order a cheese burger pizza tonight 11/3/23) got the pizza and it looked like it had been dropped or a kebab. Phoned them to ask / complain. Could not have a refund or store credit. So got a new pizza. They said it would be with me in 25mins I said it better be here before that. Also came with sauce.

Very bad customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on the 15th march 1 without mushrooms because of an allergy in the house. I didn't receive one of them and i received the other pizza with mushrooms on them when i specifically said no mushrooms. I then called back and told them and the lady said they will make another one and deliver it again. I waited outside my door for this driver. After an hour I went to the store because he hadn't turnt up. The women working at the time apologised and added credit to my account saying I could use it whenever i wanted she took my details and showed me. I now call up to try to use my credit and the man said I had no credit on my account so I can't help you he didn't care about customer service nor did he ask me my name or email address he just said no. I am so annoyed because you don't expect this service at all. They didn't even try to help me. I would think twice before ordering from her again. I lost my money and credit. Poor staff who don't care at all.

double whammy of disappointmentOrdered for the family on Saturday, it took nearly an hour to arrive, with the tracker saying “quality check” for over 20 minutes. When it did finally arrive, two ice creams were missing and the food wasn’t even hot! It was lukewarm but because it was already nearly closing and we’d sent the delivery driver back once, some of us just heated the pizzas up ourselves. Clearly our order was forgotten about amongst them just wanting to close up.Second, I ordered on Monday for just a few bits, dip, coleslaw, and two white magnum ice creams and one was a “white chocolate and cookies” which seems like a minor issue and still edible but unfortunately, this mistake was made for world fussiest eater and I can’t even touch the stuff. Was too late by the time I noticed to do anything about itVery disappointed as we usually order from here but these last couple times have been naff sadly

Ordered a menu, came incomplete. Called several times, to have dismissive responses as they couldn’t trace the order, after one month, and discussing with Domino’s main branch I was given an apology and said that would get a refund. The refund never came.Basically payed for something that never arrived, everyone who you speak with says that it’s not their problem, and never even got the money back.Be careful with this business

Took wrong order. Made me wait for 1 hours and 30 minutes when called told they forgot to deliver and finally delivered the wrong order and cold pizza. I have never experienced such bad service from any of Domino's branches

Walked in after an online order to wait to collect. went to the till and told the worker that I needed to pay but he simply ignored me and walked away. When I picked up my food I said I still needed to pay to which he asked his coworkers who was meant to be on the till. Someone then walked up, did something with the till, then again walked away, so I was left waiting for a good 5 minutes to pay for my food, to which I ended up having to pay with my friends £5 to just give and walk away as I knew that waiting for them to actually listen to me that I needed to pay would take a ridiculous amount of time. Then, as I got home I checked my food. I had ordered a personal margarita and a garlic bread pizza. the margarita was all good, but as seen in the photo, my garlic bread was half pizza, which I had not ordered. Not very happy with my experience, and won't place collection orders again.
