Not sure if I should applaud the blatant scam or just report them to trading standards. Tried to rip my partner off after she asked for a full valet service. Small car £50. Door & boot sills still black with filth, they had not even attempted to vacuum the boot, filthy interior still. Might of been understandable if they where busy but she was the only one there. This is after informing her that they where not accepting card and she had been to get cash out for them. Go to browns or A45 especially if you are a woman on your own as this is not the first I have heard of this happening.

This place has the worst service of any car wash, infact, business I have ever been to. Set a price for your car and when it comes to washing it they decide to adjust the price to suit themselves.Tried to pay for inside and out because it neeed cleaning, got told because 4 mats had dirt on it was going to be an extra £10. Just to hoover 4 mats!!!!Rip off merchants and will never use again.

29.12.22Always had a good service from London Road car wash and have been using them for years, but sadly not on the last few occasions I’ve been. On this occasion it was the worst, Including mine there were only 2 cars to be washed and 4 guys working, my car was washed only and I was told that was it and charged the £10 I’m normally charged for a wash and dry off, outside windows cleaned and wheel treatment. Very disappointed and felt ripped off, my car has been left half done and the windows are covered in a cloudy film. I won’t be returning,

Made a lovely job of the body but the wheels were a let down almost as if they had forgot to wash them , have used before and were definately better last time .

I get mini wallet for 25£. Car is clean inside but outside still dirty. I not recommend pure quality job for money.

Car left dirtier than when it went in, windows covered in a horrible film afterwards. Got to the drying section and the dirty rag the guy was drying my car with was dripping with filthy brown water. I even watched him drop it on the floor, pick it straight back up and start rubbing it on my car. Large patches left completely untouched, had to finish the job at home.

Just had on the morning of 18/01/2023 a Full Valet car wash exactly because I needed a detailed cleaning inside the car. The car was very dirty and they`ve cleaned some much needed parts, but the basics were left untouched, like the dashboard and centre console. As I had to go to work, I entered the car and headed to my workplace, when I arrived I realised how poorly cleaned it was inside, had to take a cloth and do it my self, will still have some hovering and inside cleaning to do over the weekend, opening the car doors you can see they also didn`t clean it. After paying £50.00 for a full valet I was expecting much better then this.

Very good job. Excellent attention to detail.Friendly guys.2 x negatives though:1. Prices are £5 more than advertised - cheeky. So I went for option 2, advertised at £15 but was charged £20.2. Lots more people washing cars than cleaning interior. After the wash, I had to wait 45 minutes for the inside to be cleaned. Most of that time the car was sat waiting and I was sat in the waiting room.Only come here if you have a few hours spare and a good game on your phone to play ;)

Maybe a bit rough and ready but workflow never ending. They work really hard and their detailing spot on as they do not miss anything. Really good value for money.

Not the fastest place but a lot of attention to detail. An excellent wash, would have been five stars except the owner is horrible to his staff, who are mostly young, yelling abuse at them and telling them to hurry up. I won't be coming back.
