The most thorough eye test I have received. The optician went to great efforts to explain each step of the process and was very competent. The young lady took great pains to help me choose the correct frames and lenses. Overall a great experience with very friendly staff. Would recommend highly.

Recently took my son here as he had something in his eye. They did a thorough eye test and examination and removed the dirt. The optician was very friendly and explained what he was doing throughout to put my son at ease.

I had my eye test at centenary today and was very pleased with the level of service. It’s a very clean, modern practice and I felt at ease the whole time. The test was thorough and it was nice not to feel rushed, both staff members were professional, welcoming and friendly. Overall a very calm and positive experience, I will get my eyes tested here again in future.

It was fantastic and friendly service to say the least. I was fully looked after as I'm wheelchair bound and the care offered was par excellence. The whole experience was very relaxed. The staff were very informative about the paper work as well as the procedure, I also had a good laugh with them aswell which was enjoyable. If it was a holiday destination I would go every year. I would very highly recommend this optician. Thank you very much.

Absolute sham of a company. I was given the most unprofessional eye exam I've ever had, and was made to feel very uncomfortable by the tense atmosphere. I should have been more sensible and paid attention to the two people that entered whilst I was looking at frames. Both were requesting refunds for their glasses, and being told to come back another time as the boss" wasn't there. I know he was there because he had just given me an eye test.When I went to pick up my glasses they didn't fit

I can thoroughly recommend the brilliant service I received from my optician today. He was highly skilled, informative and helpful. Everything was explained clearly. It was effortless to book an appointment. I was seen promptly. The premises are very nice. I will be recommending them to friends and family and will be definitely come back when my next appointment is due.

Excellent service. Nice to find a professional, local opticians without the chaos of the big optical chains. My eye test was very thorough and both the optometrist and reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Am also delighted with my new glasses. Highly recommended.
