Iwona is a fabulous masseuse - she is particularly well skilled at dealing with yogis / yoga related injuries and office worker stiffness. I always leave feeling lighter after Iwona’s massages. I highly recommend a massage from Iwona

I've been visiting Iwona for massage treatments for the past year and couldn't recommend her more highly! More than any other massage therapist I've seen, Iwona is able to read and what's happening with the body and work into areas that need attention, while also always providing the most relaxing atmosphere and calming treatment. Her therapy has made me more conscious of how I move and I look forward to each treatment!

Was lovely to meet Miss Iwona mid 2023 who was my Practitioner. I had my colonic therapy there at Integrated Body Therapy which is located on the main Broadway market. Treatment was 10/10. She is simply the most caring, educated & very patient practitioner i ever met. i had a (very detailed analysis of my health) point-by-point treatment plan & all my questions were answered during the session and also i got an email with all the reminders, advice, treatment plans, herbs, lifestyle changes, etc. Wow! You will never get these by going to your GP! it was a good investment going there for long-term health.There was also no rush during the treatment & i felt really at ease in comparison to other places i’ ve been. I would advise any man/woman to go there - it is a peaceful, very clean place to have your treatment! Health is the most critical aspect of our lives and I really believe we need to invest in it and have good practitioners to look after you. Stay Blessed!

I have had a number of pregnancy massages with Iwona, and cannot recommend her enough. She is friendly, attentive and really listens to your concerns and tailors the treatment to your specific needs. This has been so important for me in the later stages of pregnancy in supporting me with hip and back pain and has allowed me to continue doing day-to-day things much more than I otherwise could have. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner!

Iwona has been absolutely wonderful! I have gone to her with various aches throughout my pregnancy and her massage techniques have helped to alleviate all of them. At the start of each session, she checks in to understand what is going on with my body and what I would like to focus on. She is also very prompt, responsive and attentive. I'm going to be booking her for post natal massages, and also look forward to when she restarts home visits. Highly recommend!

I am new to the world of colonic hydrotherapy"

Iwona has been treating me for the past 6 months and has really fixed me. She has released my stiff neck and shoulders so I can move normally again, after being completely blocked. Every time the treatment is tailored to address my specific condition on the day. I cannot recommend her enough. She's very nice and friendly, and each session is a treat.

I was diagnosed with gallbladder stones and due for surgery to remove the gallbladder. I researched and realised how important this organ is. So I decided to try and fix this myself. I began doing a liver cleanse. This included a bowel flush. This was my first experience and I was so embarrassed. Iwona made me feel at ease. She was giving clarity at every step. When it was done, she helped me source the supplements I needed. She gave great advice and continued on with giving me advice and guidance even 2 months afterwards. I currently still have my gallbladder and cancelled my surgery. I would highly highly recommend her services. She’s just amazing, soft spoken and kind!!
